Training and apprenticeships

Every year we increase the number of training hours to maintain a high level of expertise and adapt our skills to technological and regulatory change.

This commitment is also reflected in training the next generation: we currently have 2 apprentices working towards their CFC (Swiss Federal VET Diploma), alongside 3 experienced team members.

Training, passing on knowledge and developing our teams ensures the lasting quality of our services and raises the profile of careers in drainage.
