This policy describes how Amoudruz SA processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we process
When you contact us
The information entered in the contact form is sent to us by email via the Formspree service; it is not stored in a database on the website. When you write to us or call us, you provide us with the information you choose to share, in particular your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the service concerned and the content of your message (site address, description of the situation).
When you apply for a job
The application form on our Careers pages sends the information and documents you submit to our human resources department by email via the Formspree service: first name, last name, email address, phone number, availability, message, CV and other documents (cover letter, employment references, diplomas). They are not stored on the website.
When you browse the website
Our hosting provider automatically records the technical data needed for the operation and security of the website: IP address, date and time of the visit, pages viewed, browser and device type. These logs are not used to identify you.
3. Purposes
- responding to your requests, preparing quotes and organising jobs;
- managing our relationship with our clients;
- reviewing applications and carrying out our recruitment;
- ensuring the proper functioning, security and improvement of the website;
- complying with our legal obligations (accounting, retention of documents).
Where the GDPR applies, this processing is based on pre-contractual measures and the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website, and our legal obligations.
4. Recipients and service providers
Your data is neither sold nor rented out. It is accessible only to those Amoudruz SA employees who need it, and to the following service providers, to the extent necessary:
- Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland): website hosting and technical logs, with data hosted in Switzerland;
- Formspree Inc. (United States): receipt of contact form messages and applications (with attached documents) and forwarding by email;
- Google (Google Fonts for typefaces, Google Maps for the map on the contact page): these services receive, in particular, your IP address when they are displayed;
- Fontshare / Indian Type Foundry: provision of the “General Sans” font;
- Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland): email services, with data hosted in Switzerland.
5. Transfers abroad
Some service providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, or on standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
6. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use any advertising cookies or audience measurement tools. It only stores a technical setting in your browser's session storage so that the home page's opening animation is not replayed during your visit; this setting is deleted when you close the tab.
The Google Maps map embedded in the contact page may set Google's own cookies when it is displayed. For more information: Google Privacy Policy.
7. Retention period
Communications relating to a request are kept for as long as necessary to process it and to follow up on the customer relationship, and are then archived or deleted. Unsuccessful applications are deleted at the end of the recruitment process, unless the applicant agrees to their being kept for longer. Accounting and contractual documents are kept for the statutory period of 10 years (art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations). The hosting provider's technical logs are kept for a limited period.
8. Security
The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
9. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, or its rectification, erasure or handover in a commonly used format, and you may object to its processing or request that its processing be restricted. Write to us at contact@amoudruz-sa.ch; we will reply within 30 days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you reside in the European Union, with the supervisory authority in your country.
10. Changes
We may amend this policy to reflect changes to the website or to the law. The version in force is the one published on this page.
